Where do I pay?
Either directly to me, Helen Johnson Artist, or via the shop on my website
What methods of payment do you accept?
There are several ways you can pay for your art work:
Bank transfer – simply email me and I’ll send you an invoice with all the details you need
Credit/ debit card – either through my website shop or via phone/ in person
How much is delivery?
Delivery depends on the size and weight of the painting, and where it is being shipped to. If you are interested in a particular artwork, but are worried about delivery – please contact me, either through the online chat, email or Instagram and I will talk you through all options and potential costs.
Do you offer discounts?
I periodically offer discounts and would encourage you to get in touch if you are interested in an artwork
What does the sales process look like?
As soon as you agree to buy the artwork, you will receive an invoice from me with payment instructions.
Once payment has been received, I will arrange delivery of your art work, which can take up to 2 weeks for the UK and maybe longer for overseas.
When will I receive my artwork?
Depending on your location, you should receive your artwork within 2 weeks of payment. For overseas delivery, this could be longer. Either way, I will keep you informed of every step, so that you know exactly when to expect your artwork. You will also receive a tracking number, so that once it has left my studio, you can follow its journey until it arrives with you.
Is the artwork insured while in the post?
The cost of insurance for loss or damage is included in the price of delivery, and all artworks are professionally packaged to help ensure safe delivery to your door.
Does the artwork come framed?
Information regarding framing should be detailed in the description of the artwork on my website. If something isn’t framed, but you would like it framing – this is something I would be happy to help you with. Feel free to ask any questions around this.
Are there any specific hanging instructions?
Hanging instructions will vary, dependent on the art work purchased. Information regarding hanging can be provided to specifically meet the needs of your chosen art work and I’d be happy to help you with this.
Are there any care instructions for looking after my artwork?
