Product Description

The Garden Remembers
Acrylic on Canvas | Framed Size: 104cm x 66cmm
Inspired by Poppies in Monet’s garden in Giverny, Northern France

The Garden Remembers is a vibrant celebration of colour, nature and hidden structure, this painting brings together expressive botanical forms with intricate geometric pattern. Layers of rich reds, luminous greens, soft pinks and flashes of yellow create a sense of abundance and movement, while repeating circles and strong linear elements give the composition an underlying rhythm and order.

Inspired by poppies growing in Monet’s garden at Giverny, the painting moves beyond a literal representation of the garden to explore the energy and patterns found within nature. Bold, joyful and immersive, it reflects Helen Alice Johnson’s continuing fascination with the relationship between the natural world, geometry and our human desire to find meaning and connection within the landscape

This original painting is framed in a natural wooden float frame for a clean, contemporary finish that enhances the strong colour palette and architectural elements. The piece arrives ready to hang.
