The subject of this painting is of the tool shed at the bottom of the garden of my French studio, Les Gaigneres. The garden is a magical place, and has a natural, almost abandoned feel to it. The painting was started in the October of 2021 and finished in February 2022, and is part of my 2022 Garden series, where I visit a garden each week to seek inspiration for my large abstract paintings
