This painting is inspired by a visit to the River Stour which runs between Canterbury and Sandwich in Kent. The title of the painting comes from the Rosebay Willowherd - a wild flower growing on the banks of the Stour, as well as the Wind turbine, and the wind and rain on my face as I travelled by boat up the river to gain inspiration for this collection of paintings.
