This painting is inspired by a painting session en plein air at the Cow Green Reservoir in Teesdale. The title of the painting not only references the reflections in the water, but the sight is also a perfect place to reflect on thoughts and feelings. I use pattern in my work as sacred geometry to help celebrate the magnitude of nature and the unknowns of our comprehension.
